The Sims 3: Single Parent Challenge

**NOTE!: This Challenge was on the sims 3 website on it Forums, when I try to look for the rules
online to show one of my friends so they can do it. I couldn't find it (I think they deleted there acc or something). so I copy and paste it a while back ago before this happen -I always do that so I don't have to go online 247-. So I want to re-post this up because it's a good challenge and it's fun! To make this clear! I DO NOT OWN THIS OWN THIS OR MADE THIS CHALLENGE!! I AM NOT TAKEN NO CREDIT AT ALL! ALL CREDIT GOES TO THE PERSON WHO MADE IT!! (sorry didn't mean to yell that out)  Reason why I wanted to re-post it, Because I want other people to enjoy this and make youtube videos of it. This is a really unique, I never seen any single parent challenge like this before. I forgot her/his Username on sims 3 Community. Sorry I forgot got to copy & Paste the UN. Anyways the rules and everything is still the same and I have not touch nothing  at all besides the begin where I put these -""- to let you know that the person talking. "I came up with this idea out of some current circumstances that are going on in my family and I thought it would make an interesting challenge....."

Story:

You wake up one morning to find a note. Your spouse has left you and your child. You have debts that need to be paid and no one to help. It's time to start anew...

Rules:

-You must have one parent (M/F)(YA/A) and one child (M/F)(Tot/Child/Teen). I would suggest making them a child because it's the youngest you can go without having to be there all the time.
-The Parent must have at least one or more of these traits:
-Handy
-Family Oriented
-Neat
-Nurturing
-Natural Cook
-You can add any other trait you like, but you must have one of the above.
-You have a debt of 15,000 simoleons and must pay it out all at once.
-The first house you move into you CAN NOT move out of until you are able to pay out 15,000 simoleons.
-Your first home must have two bedrooms, one for you and one for your child. You are allowed to build your first home.
-You may have a vehicle, but it has to be one of the top three vehicles in buy mode and you are not allowed more than one until you have paid out 15,000 simoleons.
-You must get a job immediately (no leveling up before looking for one).
-You must pay for your child to go to college for as long as it takes to get a degree. (Meaning if it takes more than two terms)
-You must have your child into college by the last day of their Y/A life.
-If you do not have the University Expansion Pack then you must have your child sim in a career and halfway in that career by the last day of their Y/A life.
-You CAN NOT get into a relationship before you have paid off the 15,000 simoleon debt.
-You CAN NOT have any more children unless you are married.
-Your teen CAN NOT have a job part-time or otherwise. They are allowed once they become a Y/A, but by then they should be going to college.
-Pets are allowed, but keep in mind that the debt must be paid out in full.
-NO CHEATING! No money cheating or otherwise.
-You can use the lifetime wish Inheritance, but you CAN NOT cheat to get the lifetime points.
-Mods are allowed, but only ones that will not effect the rules above. If you are unsure please ask me in the comments and I will let you know.
-Store items are allowed as long as they don't effect the rules above. If you are unsure please ask me in the comments and I will let you know.

*note* I figured I should add how you pay the debt once you have a total household fund of at least 15,000 simonleons. First type: testingcheatsenabled true (if you don't already have that on) then you use the household cheat command: familyfunds (last name of founder) (amount you want total). Ex: Say you started with the Smith family and they are able to get 17,000 before you choose to pay off the debt.
The command would look like this: "familyfunds Smith 2,000" Basically you just want to subtract the 15,000. This may be obvious to some, but there are others who don't know about this command. Thanks!
